Frequently Asked Questions:
How often do you update?
I try to update my main site as much as I can, hopefully one day I’ll update once every week. As for my blog I try to post random blog comics monday thru friday. If I don’t update just yell at me.
Do you accept commissions?
Yep! I accept commissions, feel free to shoot me an email using the email button. Just put the word "COMMISSION" in the subject line, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
What do you use to create your art?
When I work traditional I either draw with ink (Yasutomo Sumi-e ink) or Micron pens, I’m also a big fan of moleskine notebooks. When I work digitally I use my Cintiq 21ux, color with Photoshop and ink in Manga Studio. Sometimes I play around with PaintStop in Zbrush. On the go I use an iPad, and the Adonit Jot Touch stylus. Though, one does not need these tools to create art. All you need is a pen, a piece of paper, a pocket full of dreams, and maybe some rainbows.
What is your education?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.
